When should I order my letter?
The earlier the better! You can order letters on our website throughout the year.
Can I send a letter to anywhere in the world?
Of course you can! We strive to offer our service to everyone and not just in the UK. If Santa Claus can deliver presents all over the world, he can certainly send a letter!
When will my letter arrive?
UK and Channel island orders placed before 8th December will be dispatched on/after this date. All orders placed after the 8th December will be dispatched within 48 hours. International orders placed before 25th November will be dispatched on/after this date. All orders placed after the 25th November will be dispatched within 48 hours.
What is the last order date?
Please refer to the table below. Any orders placed after these dates will still be fulfilled, BUT, delivery before Christmas Eve cannot be guaranteed.

What is the age limit to receive a letter?
The simple answer is; there isn’t one! You are never too old to receive a letter from Santa!
How long does it take for my letter to arrive?
All UK and Channel island orders will be dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail; all International orders will be dispatched by Airmail. Actual delivery times may vary dependant on the local postal service.
Can I change a letter once I have completed my order?
Once you have submitted all the details to us we cannot change a letter. To ensure we provide a fast service to our customers Santa starts writing the letters straight away. Every letter is “custom made” using the information our customers provide us. Once the letter has been created we cannot make any changes to it.
What happens if I do not receive my letter before Christmas day?
This would be very unusual but sometimes things are beyond our control. If you do not receive your letter before Christmas day please contact us with your order number for a full refund. Please note all refund claims must be made on or before 31st January 2010.
How do I know you have received my order?
Once you have completed the ordering and payment process we will send a confirmation email to the address you provide to us. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 48 hours of ordering please contact us.
Text Messages from Santa
What is a Santa text message and how much does it cost?
Our Santa text service is a series of three personalised text messages from Santa Claus costing just £2.99. The series of text messages will appear to come from Santa Claus and you can choose the time and date they are sent.
Can the text messages be replied to?
No – there is no reply option on the messages which ensures the recipient does not get charged trying to respond to Santa Claus.
Is the recipient charged for receiving the text messages?
You will be charged for the service at the time of ordering, no additional charges are made to the recipient’s mobile phone bill.
Can text messages be sent to anyone with a mobile telephone?
Yes they can, we use a superior SMS data centre that allows us to offer our services to anywhere in the UK and Ireland and to a number of International destinations. At this time we do not offer full worldwide coverage, for a full list of destinations please

Can I change my text messages one I have completed my order?
Unfortunately you can not change your text messages once your order has been processed.
What is the optional Christmas morning message?
For an extra 49p you can add to your order a special Christmas morning text message. You can either select our own Christmas morning message or write your own. The message will be sent at your choose time and is an excellent way to start Christmas day.
Can the three messages be sent to different mobile numbers?
Unfortunately each order can be sent to only one mobile phone number.
What happens if my text messages are not received?
In the unlikely event that a problem should occur please use our ‘contact us’ form providing us with your order details and we will investigate the problem further.

Why has payment been taken before the item has been dispatched?
Payment is taken straight away to ensure there are no complications during the dispatch process, so that your order is received on time
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro, Delta and Paypal. We only accept payments online at this time.
How much is postage?
All postage costs are included in the price.
What are you going to do with the personal information I have provided you with?
Your information will never be passed onto a 3rd party or any affiliated companies. The information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of your order. Occasionally we may send you mailings for future products. If you do not wish to receive this info, please tick the appropriate box when ordering.
