Ordering your letters from Santa Claus

To place an order just go to our ‘place an order’ page and fill out the required details. As soon as you have completed all the information required, you will be directed to our 100% secure payment provider Protx. Protx use 128-bit SSL encryption certificates so you can be sure that you are in safe hands. We never see your card details and all information is encrypted. The only details we see are those needed to process your order.

Once your order information reaches us, you will receive an email to confirm that we have received it. Please check this email to ensure all information is correct.

Santa Claus aims to deliver just before Christmas

All details are then passed to Santa so he can write the letter. We do not send any UK and Channel island orders before the 8th December and International orders before 25th November. This is to ensure that the letter has the maximum impact and does not arrive too early.
