Placing an Order
Having placed an order with santaclauspost.co.uk you will be sent a confirmation email with your order number. Our secure payment provider will then charge your debit/credit card with the full amount payable.
Cancelling an Order
Once an order has been placed you may cancel the order within 24 hours. You may do so by emailing us at sales@santaclauspost.co.uk with your order number, stating that you would like to cancel. After this period an order cannot be cancelled due to every letter being individually created.
Shipping and Handling
The price of the letter includes all shipping costs and can be sent to anywhere in the world.
To ensure that your order arrives on time, all International orders must be made by the 6th December and all UK and Channel island orders made by 16th December. Any orders placed after these dates will still be fulfilled, BUT, delivery before Christmas Eve cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to the list below.

UK orders will be sent via first class Royal mail. International orders will be sent via Airmail.
VAT & Tax Charges
All prices include 15% VAT where applicable and this is chargeable on all orders within the European Union. For orders outside of the European Union due to increased postal charges, the price will not include VAT but will take into account the extra postal charges including an administration charge.
Returns and Refunds
Your letter should arrive in good condition. However, in the unlikely event of your letter arriving in a damaged condition we will send a replacement letter.
Should you be unhappy with the letter or our services please contact us at sales@santaclauspost.co.uk with your order number and any relevant information. We will then contact you with a returns number and postal address. To ensure that we receive your return it is advisable to send returns by recorded delivery.
Returns and refunds will be handled on a case by case basis and will be paid no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of return.
Feedback and Complaints
You can email your comments about your experience with our site to us at info@santaclauspost.co.uk
We will aim to deal with any complaint in a confidential and efficient manner within 48 hours (during Monday to Friday).
Legal
This site is owned and operated by Festive Touch.
By using or accessing our website and/or placing any order(s), you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use or access our website or place orders.
The contract made by you on-line with us incorporates these terms and conditions, which shall prevail over any and all terms and conditions, proposed by you.
We control and operate the website from our offices in England. Accordingly to the laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to, including the use of, this web site and the materials contained therein. If you choose to access our website from outside England and Wales you do so on your own initiative and you hereby agree that in the event of a dispute between Festive Touch and you the laws of England and Wales will apply at all times.
We will make every endeavour to ensure that your order is delivered on time. However, we accept no responsibility for late or failed delivery when this is outside of our control (e.g. due to a local postal strike).
Your letter may differ from the examples listed on this site, but we make every effort to update our website on a regular basis.
You are responsible for ensuring that the names, addresses and birth dates and other information to complete your order are accurate.
Payment and Prices
Payment will be taken in full at the time of ordering. The prices listed on the site are in UK pounds. We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time.
International customers: Your credit card or debit card company will exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate.
The contract will not be concluded until we have received your valid credit card charge or debit card payment details, and we have accepted your on-line order and sent you confirmation by return e-mail to the address you have given us during the ordering procedure.
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
Special offers, promotions and discounts
Where customers are responding to a promotional offer or discount, a discount code may be required (entered during the checkout process) to amend the price on a qualifying order. Festive Touch reserves the right to withdraw or change promotional offers and discounts at any time and refuse any application.
Letters
The length and quality of a letter is dependent on the choices you make and the accuracy of the information we are given by you. Whilst we make every endeavour to ensure that this information is correct it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of this data.
Statutory Rights
Any contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further to, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Festive Touch irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
By submitting your order to Festive Touch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and will abide by these Terms and Conditions.
