Having placed an order with santaclauspost.co.uk you will be sent a confirmation email with your order number. Our secure payment provider will then charge your debit/credit card or paypal account with the full amount payable.
Once a letter or text message order has been placed you may cancel the order within 24 hours. You may do so by emailing us at email@example.com with your order number, stating that you would like to cancel. After this period an order cannot be cancelled due to every message being individually created. This cancellation policy does not apply to Christmas gifts.
The price of the letter includes all shipping costs and can be sent to anywhere in the world.
To ensure that your order arrives on time, all International orders must be made as shown in the table below and all UK and Channel island orders made by 18th December. Any orders placed after these dates will still be fulfilled, BUT, delivery before Christmas Eve cannot be guaranteed. Please refer to the list below.

UK orders will be sent via first class Royal mail. International orders will be sent via Airmail.
Santa letters and personalised gifts are dispatched separately. Personalised gifts will be addressed to the customer and Santa letters will be addressed to the recipient named on the letter.
All prices include 20% VAT where applicable and this is chargeable on all orders within the European Union. For orders outside of the European Union due to increased postal charges, the price will not include VAT but will take into account the extra postal charges including an administration charge.
Your letter should arrive in good condition. However, in the unlikely event of your letter arriving in a damaged condition we will send a replacement letter.
Should you be unhappy with the letter or our services please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and any relevant information. We will then contact you with a returns number and postal address. To ensure that we receive your return it is advisable to send returns by recorded delivery.
Returns and refunds will be handled on a case by case basis and will be paid no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of return. Please note all refund claims for missing letters must be made on or before 31st January 2017.

You are responsible for ensuring that the names, addresses, birth dates or other information to complete your order is accurate.
Payment will be taken in full at the time of ordering. The prices listed on the site are in UK pounds. We reserve the right to change any advertised price at any time.
International customers: Your credit card or debit card company will exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current exchange rate.
The contract will not be concluded until we have received your valid credit card charge or debit card payment details, and we have accepted your on-line order and sent you confirmation by return e-mail to the address you have given us during the ordering procedure.
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
Where customers are responding to a promotional offer or discount, a discount code may be required (entered during the checkout process) to amend the price on a qualifying order. Festive Touch Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or change promotional offers and discounts at any time and refuse any application.
The length and quality of a letter is dependent on the choices you make and the accuracy of the information we are given by you. Whilst we make every endeavour to ensure that this information is correct it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of this data.
Personalised gifts are created to each customerís requirements. Each item will be produced using the details submitted and it is the customerís responsibility to ensure the information provided is accurate and correct. No amendments can be made to orders once they have been placed.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for personalised gifts unless a mistake has been made by Festive Touch Ltd. This is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
The final product may differ to the samples shown. This extends to the envelope, accompanying sticker and door hanger with each letter.
Any contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further to, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Festive Touch irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
